Adopt a Thoroughbred

Thoroughbred Horse

Jill the Horse needs a home

The inn is full and this stunning girl is in need of finding someone who will enjoy all this fabulous mare has to offer!! Jill is a 14yr old 16h Thoroughbred mare who is truly a pleasure to have around. She is actually owned by Candace (founder of NARPS) and Candace decided she would rather see Jilly Bean adopted out through NARPS vs privately selling her. Jill came to Candace 7-8yrs ago, but was sold to a lovely girl 5yrs old. Her owner’s situat
ion changed and Jill was returned to Candace. In all those years, Jill has always been a dream to work with. She is sound, clean legged, and has no vices. She is tons of fun to ride and is totally game to work in the ring or head out on the trails. Jill’s prior owner rode Jill mainly as a hunter, but she did a lot of trail riding with her too... and she even dabbled with team penning with her!! Jill is very quiet and simple on the flat and even over x-rails. She gets a little bit quicker over bigger jumps, but nothing too strong or unmanageable. The possibilities are endless with her... she is a well-rounded, fun little mare!
